Pembroke RFC already has a strong volunteer workforce, we currently have over 70 active volunteers at the club who give up so much of their time to ensure ‘The Club’ continues to be the hub of our community.

A recent Sport Wales survey showed there is currently around 10 per cent of people in Wales who are volunteers in sport (2016-17 national survey for Wales). That number could soon treble as 30% of adults who took part in a survey into exercise habits during lockdown said that they are likely to volunteer within the next 12 months to support sport and physical activity in Wales, providing a huge opportunity for your club to attract more volunteers.

Our volunteers range from coaches to preparing food on match days, these people are the heartbeat of this great club and are the reason it’s such a special place to so many people. See below to meet a few of our fantastic volunteers.
